We strongly advise against: swimming, showering, sleeping or exercising while wearing your jewelry. Do not expose jewelry to household cleaning agents or cosmetics such as foundations, perfumes, hairsprays and to excessive heat. To clean, gently wipe with a lint free cloth that has been dampened with warm water or lightly polish using a commercial silver polishing cloth.
