The Hummingbird is the finishing touch on Locale’s value-serving retail space. The now crowning achievement represents a vision for the future of retail: a sustainable model focused on delivering value to patrons by emphasising holistic wellness, curating elevated retail experiences, and fuelling social impact through its support of small-scale creators and local craftspeoples. Natsena Dawkins, the in-house mixologist, knows a thing or two about mixing things up. The psychology student followed her joy into mixology, and is excited to have her debut at The Hummingbird, which she calls a spiritual and personality match—the reading in the crystals.
Natsena, as she prefers to be called, recommends guests try the Earl Grey Collins, a personal favourite. The zesty earl grey is spiked with premium gin à la Bombay Sapphire and a spot of St Germain elderflower liqueur for that extra oomph!
Guests can also try any of the five (5) signature cocktails, which includes a fruity fusion dubbed the Pink Lady, the very berry Strawberry Smash, and a nod to Locale’s island home in the Banana Pudding and Lychee + Ginger mixes.
The Hummingbird specializes in premium spirits. The garnish on top is that you can take the fun home with a bottle of your fav for your own private collection. A good host only serves their finest.
